My wife, Shanna, and I are proud to call the beautiful mountains of Northern Utah home. We love our community and understand both the benefits and the unique challenges that come with owning a home in Utah's mountain environment.

I’ve spent much of my career in the construction industry, with experience in both residential and commercial construction. That background has given me a practical understanding of buildings, building systems, and the types of conditions that can become costly problems when they go unnoticed.

I started Summit Peak Home Watch to put that experience to work for homeowners in Summit County and along the Wasatch back. When you're away, my goal is to provide a dependable local presence—someone who knows what to look for, communicates clearly, and treats your property with the same care and attention I would expect for my own home.

For me, Home Watch isn't simply about completing a checklist. It's about earning trust and giving homeowners confidence that someone reliable is keeping an eye on their property while they're away.
