About Summit Peak Home Watch
Summit Peak Home Watch was created to give second homeowners and seasonal residents in Summit County a trusted local presence when they’re away.
Our name reflects both where we live and the standard we strive to provide.
“Summit” represents our roots in Utah’s Wasatch Back and the mountain communities we call home. “Peak” represents our commitment to a high standard of service—dependable, attentive, and professional care for your home while you’re away.
Together, Summit Peak represents local roots, trusted service, and peace of mind for the homeowners we serve.
I’m a lifelong resident of Northern Utah and understand the unique challenges that come with owning a mountain home, and know how quickly small issues can become expensive problems when a property sits unattended.
My goal is simple: provide consistent, professional visual inspections, clear communication, and the peach of mind that comes from knowing someone local is keeping an eye on your home.

Your Home. Our Watch.
My wife, Shanna, and I are proud to call the beautiful mountains of Northern Utah home. We love our community and understand both the benefits and the unique challenges that come with owning a home in Utah's mountain environment.
I’ve spent much of my career in the construction industry, with experience in both residential and commercial construction. That background has given me a practical understanding of buildings, building systems, and the types of conditions that can become costly problems when they go unnoticed.
I started Summit Peak Home Watch to put that experience to work for homeowners in Summit County and along the Wasatch back. When you're away, my goal is to provide a dependable local presence—someone who knows what to look for, communicates clearly, and treats your property with the same care and attention I would expect for my own home.
For me, Home Watch isn't simply about completing a checklist. It's about earning trust and giving homeowners confidence that someone reliable is keeping an eye on their property while they're away.
