Initial Consultation
Trust starts with getting to know each other. We begin with an on-site consultation so I can learn about your home, understand what matters most to you, and identify the details that make your property unique. Just as importantly, it gives you the opportunity to know the person you'll be trusting with your home while you're away. My goal is to become a reliable local steward of your property—someone you know, trust, and can call when you need help.
Schedule Your Home Watch
Together, we’ll establish a Home Watch schedule based on your property, how often you’re away, and the level of oversight you’re comfortable with. Whether visits are weekly, bi-weekly, or customized around your travel plans, the goal is consistent care and a reliable local presence while you’re away.
Home Watch Visits
While you’re away, we provide a consistent local presence for your home. Each scheduled visit includes a thorough visual review of your property based on your customized Home Watch plan. We document what we observe, keep you informed after every visit, and promptly communicate any concerns that may need your attention.
Receive Your Report
After each visit, you’ll receive a clear digital report with photos and notes documenting the condition of your home. If we identify something that may need attention, we’ll communicate it promptly so you can decide how you’d like to proceed. Wherever you are, you’ll have the reassurance of knowing your home has been checked and you’re informed.
Follow Up & Coordinate As Needed
If we identify something that needs attention, we’ll notify you promptly and help coordinate next steps.
We can work with trusted local vendors to obtain quotes, schedule service, and confirm the work is completed - keeping you informed along the way. You stay in control and we make it easy.
